We address inheritance matters, counsel fiduciaries as they work to close an estate, and manage family expectations regarding inheritances.

Once a client's contacts our office, we provide a complimentary phone or video consultation so that he/she they can assess whether our office is the right fit for their legal matter. We also provide extended in-person consultations whenever necessary. If we have the pleasure of working with the client, no matter how small the legal matter, we provide a tailored engagement letter that sets forth the scope of the representation along with a detailed questionnaire.

We take pride in offering a flat fee structure for the vast majority of our legal services because it provides transparency and simplicity for the client. Once the client's representation has drawn to a close, we provide a free vault service to protect all executed documents and will check in with the client periodically to inquire whether updates are required.
