Howard Felcher, Esq. came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. It was a pleasure working with him and his staff. My experience with Howard was life changing in a very bad way. I hired Howard for my divorce and custody battle with my ex-wife. He destroyed my life through his incompetence and negligence. He turned my divorce into a circus and dragged it out for over 2 years. His billing practice is unethical. He ...told me any questions to call his associates to save on billing but then he would actually bill me calling associates then him speaking with associates about my call which in reality is double and triple billing. He is incompetent at trial and doesnt know proper protocol when filing certifications to the court. He ignored 5 letters from my adversary (5 months worth of letters) yet billed me every month for me calling and asking what is going on. Howard lost everything for me and my ex was awarded perminant alimony. He even lost custody of my kids to my criminal ex-wife. Then Howard had the audacity to sue me and put a lien on my house. I had to hire another attorney to clean up the mess that Howard caused. It was the biggest mistake of my life hiring Howard B. Felcher. Don't trust anything Howard tells you. Stay clear of him.
