This attorney must review Section 1.1 Civility Standards and Section 1 of Statement of Client’s Rights from the NY Bar. In fact, she should retake professional responsibility as her CLE because I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful way by such an under-accomplished person. And I know v...arious rules violated in a brief consultation that she likely gets away with frequently in client practice. Its unfortunate for her that she had to interact with someone who knows that attorneys explicitly are required to not make judgments about clients based on 5 minutes of hearing their 1 hour long story/case. It astounds me that someone who lacks her success can demean clients by saying their case is too complex despite holding herself out as qualified for complex litigation. I actually feel physically sick after being spoken to in such a disrespectful way. A state bar complaint against her is pending. She is the worst attorney that I spoke to after many years dealing with this industry based on her atrocious client communication skills. Never use her. Ever. There are significantly better attorneys in her field in New York. Attorneys do not have the right to act like the way she treats clients. Maybe that's why her rating is so low. Frankly, it should be lower.
