Biography
Since 2011, Gary Morgenstern has built a distinguished career at David Resnick & Associates, P.C., rising to associate after his admission to the New York State Bar in January 2014. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz (2001) with a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law (2013), he was honored with the Dean’s Award for Excellence in 2011. Gary concentrates on personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, workplace accidents, and wrongful death litigation. Before joining the firm, he served as an intern for Justice Jeffrey S. Sunshine at the Brooklyn Supreme Court. His early career also includes roles in legal entertainment—first at Court TV (2003–2007) and later in the legal department of Sony Pictures Television, working on programs such as Judge Hatchett and Judge Maria Lopez.
