Michael Robert Horenstein

I handle all areas of business law counseling, from company formation (as 'C', 'S', or LLC) to partnerships, etc. I draft and review agreements and advise on the liabilities in particular business ventures. As a litigator, I also prosecute and defend the claims of businesses in all New York state and federal (southern & eastern districts) courts of law.

This is a sub-area of business law. I draft agreements for both businesses and individuals, including employment and business-to-businesss.

I have handled Sec. 1983 Civil Rights cases since my early years working in criminal defense. Areas include: police excessive force, prisoner's rights, and even denial of state or federal rights by a government employee or other acting under color of state or federal law even though his actions violated protections owed to the plaintiff.
