I had spoken with many attorneys to get an E2 visa. I couldn't find any satisfying answers for my questions from other attorneys or they wanted to charge me consultation fee or start the process before I fully understand what is going on. David is extremely knowledgable about US Immigration Law and ...he patiently answered all my questions, he described the path they are going to follow one by one. May be I asked same questions over and over he patiently answered all my questions about my immigration and cooperate questions, he also organized real-time telephone consultation with other immigration attorneys and with other corporate attorneys. I worked with David for my L1A new office petition. I was highly pleased and satisfied with David's professionalism. My petition was already denied once. Our business was a new office L1A case and small relatively to other large corporations filing L1's and that was the biggest challenge to present ...our case! I had many meetings with David in the buildup to filing the petition in order for him to understand my business. David was my 1-to-1 attorney for his firm. and was always available and kept me informed on progress My petition was approved in less than a week without having an RFE(which are so common now for L1) as all the points were covered in the main petition and nothing was left unattended. Coming from a denied petition first time and getting an approval without an RFE in my opinion is definately commendable. A case presented to USCIS needs to be presented once and presented well otherwise one will only waste time and money. I would definitely recommend David Cantor as I found great rapport working with him on my case and he was very well organised in presentation of my case to USCIS.
