Hi, I worked with David for the L1A new office petition. I must say that it was great experience working with him. It is just unbelievable that how knowledgeable he is. I met him briefly once and he was able to understand everything in that short meeting. They have a great system "Dropbox" for... sharing the document that will hold all your documents and you can access them at any time, it works great. My debtor had been unresponsive for months and I had no idea of what legal steps I could to take. I worked with David for my L1A new office petition. I was highly pleased and satisfied with David's professionalism. My petition was already denied once. Our business was a new office L1A case and small relatively to other large corporations filing L1's and that was the biggest challenge to present ...our case! I had many meetings with David in the buildup to filing the petition in order for him to understand my business. David was my 1-to-1 attorney for his firm. and was always available and kept me informed on progress My petition was approved in less than a week without having an RFE(which are so common now for L1) as all the points were covered in the main petition and nothing was left unattended. Coming from a denied petition first time and getting an approval without an RFE in my opinion is definately commendable. A case presented to USCIS needs to be presented once and presented well otherwise one will only waste time and money.
