Worst legal experience
Don’t waste your money. This guy is offensive, makes a lo or big promises and then disappears. Absolutely awful.

Outstanding tenant advocate who pulls no punches!
There are many landlord attorneys on this site. There is only one Billy Gribben. Unlike other attorneys who care about their bottom line, Billy cared about mine. I highly recommend him. Mere words cannot describe just how much!
