When starting my divorce, I interviewed a few lawyers before Peter. They all asked the same 4-5 questions. On our first meeting, Peter asked about 30 questions, things I never even thought about. He listened to what I wanted and guided me when I was being unreasonably generous with my offer to get ou...t of a very bad marriage. Peter stayed with me thru a very contentious situation with someone who fought every way possible including changing lawyers 4 times over 5 years. Every change got her less and less because Peter fought for me. My next relationship when it was time to get married refused to even consider one of Peter's prenups.

Peter picked up my case from another firm, and reset the strategy and approach. He knows all the practitioners in the space, and his credibility/understanding of the landscape helps achieve favorable results. He is very effective in the courtroom. He runs his own shop so there is neither overhead ...nor multiple billers; it is more of a personal touch, which may mean his availability can vary (depending on the urgency of the issues).

Peter represented me in a separate/custody dispute. Excellent lawyer. Knows the law well and has superb judgment on how to litigate in family court. He is a busy lawyer and will not do a lot of hand holding and sometimes will not call back for a few days but is always well prepared and on the b...all when it counts. I am also a litigator but in Federal Court so I speak with a deep understanding of litigation.
