This man must be one of the worst lawyers in the country. He dragged his feet throughout my litigation, carried out completely useless depositions, and finally confessed to me that he needed to stop using so much marihuana because it was clouding his mind. I paid him a lot of money and got nothing fo...r it. I lost much valuable time and my case suffered from great prejudice because of his complete incompetence. I warn everyone not to go near this “lawyer”. Run, don’t walk away from him.

Peter represented me in a separate/custody dispute. Excellent lawyer. Knows the law well and has superb judgment on how to litigate in family court. He is a busy lawyer and will not do a lot of hand holding and sometimes will not call back for a few days but is always well prepared and on the b...all when it counts. I am also a litigator but in Federal Court so I speak with a deep understanding of litigation.

He did a horrible job on my divorce settlement. My ex is now a multi milllionaire and my settlement was nothing near what I should have gotten..His financial investigation of my ex was non-existent so my ex was able to get away with tremendous fraud. I was naive and want to sue him for malpractice bu...t the statue of limitation has run out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK!!!! HE ALSO OVERCHARGES FOR THE LITTLE WORK HE DOES!!

Peter Nissman took over 2 months to respond to my now husband's email containing all of the information to draft the prenuptual agreement. He did not get back to him with a preliminary document until 5 days before our wedding. As a result, we spent the week and, indeed, day before our wedding fighti...ng over the details. I had to cancel pre-wedding events with my family and friends.
