Perpetual liar

From Day 1, I meet with Neal H Rosenberg and his assistant Lakshimi (Attorneys) at the NYC Office. My issue was I needed a pro bono attorney to represent tmy son with special needs with a disability, so that he can get a fair education. They promise to help Pro bono after leaving there NYC Office l...ocated at 111! John St. . Two days later I received a retainer for legal fee for Legal fees. Since that time on everything went like a domino effect going down hill. They appear to be professional but their actions speak for it self. When come to producing they show no effect.. My situation was desperate and they Only made only a simple phone call so they can communicate with my son. I will continue to follow up moment by moment and the situation because more severe and all I got was a bunch of excuse, that they couldn’t do it. So eventually my son was older enough to speak for his self they and then they ask if we can do all the work. Which lead to them saying they couldn’t take our case anymore because they wasn’t truthful or genuine about taking a pro bono case from the beginning.

Great Experience

I had a very good experience with Mr Rosenberg getting my son from public school special education to completing his education in a private school. It required work on my part: getting my son evaluated by a private neuropsychologist, getting an IEP, applying to and getting accepted into a private sc...hool, etc. In the end, Mr. Rosenberg's office successfully sued and won tuition and transportation on my son's behalf. There's nothing high end or fancy about this practice... sort of bare bones and not a lot of hand holding. However, the end result was my son receiving an excellent education at an institution geared to meet his needs and tuition covered by the NYC Board of Ed. I've read the negative comments left by other clients and while I can't address any of their issues, I can only speak of my experience and excellent outcome.

The best of the best!

We used the services of Mr. Rosenberg and his assistant Ms. Baum at a time in our lives when a Long Island school district was purposely screwing our child. After reaching out to Mr. Rosenberg, we literally begged him to take our case ( we were 60 miles east of his office) in which he finally said y...es! To end it quickly, he ate the school district up ! He had them stuttering, shaking, and at a loss for word. Case did not go before the Hearing Officer to decide. The district caved in and did what they should have done from the start!. When I read the transcripts today, I still get goosebumps as the teachers were made to look like the fools they really were. Mr Rosenberg exposed them for breaking numerous 504 and IDEA regulations. God Bless this man! He does it out of his heart for the kids, not for the money!

A very competent attorney

I was told that Neal is the best education lawyer in NYC, and was very pleased with the services he and Marc Gottlieb provided. They negotiated a case with my school district and I was quite satisfied with the settlement. I felt they gave me good direction every step of the way. Was speaking with a... colleague and found out that he had represented her daughter in a similar case 20 years ago - she spoke very highly of him.

The Best Educational Lawyer in NY

I totally disagree with the last reviewer Mr. Rosenberg treated me with respect and kindness He took a very hard case and turned it upside down and won me the one to one RN nurse for my type 1 diabetic child and then some He will always have the foremost respect in our family His assisting attorney ...Mr Gottlieb is just as great! Love the law offices of Mr. Rosenberg and wouldn't even dream of going to someone else!! He and Mr Gottlieb are simply the best!!!1 Sincerely Nicole Stabile
