I hired Kurt and his team to act as my legal representatives for a co-op apartment purchase. Overall, he and his team did a fantastic job. Various roadblocks came up during the process due to the sellers' attorney and the lender, but Kurt and his team helped immensely in overcoming these issues and... leading the way to a successful closing. I hired Mr. Roth over a decade ago when I made my first-time purchase of a condo in Brooklyn. I did not hesitate to contact him again when I started looking to upgrade.
