When my wife and I were looking to buy a (coop) apartment in Brooklyn, our broker recommended Kurt's firm. I'm so glad they did because they jumped on board right away, with their involvement helping to secure the offer letter from the seller's broker. Then they handled all of the contract review,... dealing directly with the coop board to review the minutes, history of the building, and evaluate the cooperation's financials. We trusted them every step of the way, as this was as new process to us entirely, and they delivered. At the closing they sat down next to us and explained in plain language what every signature meant on that giant stack of papers so we could be confident in what we were signing. Couldn't be happier with the team! They always communicated very quickly and clearly over email, phone, and in person. Would use them again for any future real estate needs.

But it is undeniable that Kurt and his colleagues ushered us through (and insulated us from) a very complex legal process, and that we came out the other side with both zero complaints and a team of trusted attorneys whom we would call on again without doubt or hesitation.
