She does not look at the evidence at all. I have a stupid ticket that isn’t even true. Furious at the idiocy of this judge. Absolute waste of time. Now I have to go in person because Andrea Gelb has a smooth brain and is blind.

Parking violations
Worst experience ever..made me pay for same parking violation 4 times same day!!total 8 times.. I didn’t even know I was getting tickets until it’s came on mail after a month..Sitting there just for money
