Did Not Even Read My Appeal
It is evident that this person did not read my appeal at all. Based on the other reviews here looks like I am not alone. Not surprised that NYC allows this level of incompetence. I agree with the others. This person should be held accountable and should pay for my time that has now been wasted trying...

Totally incompetent
This woman does not do her job. She needs to be reviewed by her manager. In fact, she should be forced to repeat law school she's so incompetent.

No attention to detail
As a former lawyer- I get that its easier to just say no than to do actual work but failure to review details on cases is negligent and unprofessional- she should be reviewed for whether or not she is qualified for her role.
