Peter Douglas Morris

I stood before the judge alone pleading habeas corpus for the return of my kidnapped child and Peter Morris was unreachable after having sent me down merely to file the paperwork. His motions were written by someone else, very sloppy and untimely. He was never prepared for court and would try to wing...-it before the judge. He lost valuable e-mails, that had been sent from opposing consul directly to him, that were important to the case. His billing was inaccurate and seemed to be someone desperate for money. His knowledge, or lack of knowledge, was inexcusable and I was billed for his getting schooled by more informed sources plus his own time. His reasoning for me to keep him as my attorney broke down to "but look at your hair...I wish I had hair like that." He could not even conjure an intelligible/rational reason to keep him on as attorney for a case that he wrecked and took over a year to correct his mistakes. He was sophomoric in the court buildings with gestures and facial displays at women's bottoms/bodies immediately after explaining that my every move was under scrutiny. Ultimately he committed obstruction of justice by having me ingest a large quantity of sugar to try and mask a urine-alcohol (still in the system) test that he was under the misconception was a 5-day alcohol urinalysis test (ETG) that he mistakenly believed possible by the Family Court of NY on their 5th floor.
