Craig David Solar

Do not use this lawyer....run. My husband and I hired Craig to write our wills. When my husband died, in 2009 I again hired Craig to help settle the estate. He convinced us to set up a Credit Shelter Trust which basically, we didn't need. The trust was to be funded with 1/2 of our assets. Altho...ugh I wanted to fund with investments, Craig told me the best way to fund is by putting the half of our home in the trust and then buying it back. He then quoted me a price for everything. It is now 2016. He never put the house in the trust, nor did he buy it back, and now he wants to charge me extra to do this. In addition, he charges for every copy he makes and postage. Beware...this can really run up your bill.
