I spoke to literally 9 bankruptcy attorneys and met with two in person prior to hiring Colin so I have high standards. If you're looking for an attorney who actually cares about your situation- this is the attorney you should be hiring. Most of the attorney's I spoke to without hesitation wanted to t...hrow me into a chapter 13 and that is the furthest thing that I wanted, however it was much more complicated and a fight to do it the other way but this attorney was willing to take that route. You don't need to take my word for it as,after speaking with other attorneys in the industry, he sets himself apart from the rest because he cares from the heart.

Colin got me the best possible outcome in my bankruptcy filing. Best decision I made was selecting him as my Attorney. He explained everything to me on language I could easily understand. He led me through the entire process and there were no surprises along the way. He explained my part, his par...t, the Trustee's part. Every time paperwork needed to be filed from our side, it was done correctly and timely. He knew all the details of the process even better than the the other side and guided them and brought them up to speed. He stayed on top of them and ensured they met their obligations to be on time also. Most importantly, he made sure I was able to protect my retirement savings, my timeshare, my artwork. Thanks to him I have another chance to live a life where I don't have crushing debt over my head for the rest of my life. That's how long literally I would have been paying off those debts. I feel completely reborn. I was so moved by the experience and the results I posted what he had done for me on my Facebook page to my 895 friends so that if anyone else had the same problems I had, they could contact him and maybe be able to have a fresh start on life as I now have.
