Kenny Gilbert understands injustice and took on the mission of changing liability on a credit card that had been fraudulently obtained and used by a former business partner. Although at least three times the bank insisted that I remain liable, Kenny persisted, writing letters, speaking to banking ex...ecutives, and understanding the stress this kind this situation could put one through. Kenny’s patience, persistence, and thoughtful strategy resulted in justice being served, and after 7 months, convinced the bank to put liability on the party who used the credit card. I couldn’t be more thankful or in awe of the effort that was put into this case to get such a positive outcome.
