Biography
Robin became an adoption attorney in 1986 as an outgrowth of adopting her two sons. Her boutique law practice is dedicated to forming families through adoption, surrogacy, and assisted reproduction. She will hold your hand throughout the process, answer your questions, and find solutions.
She has handled thousands of adoptions and is nationally recognized for her expertise in adoption, surrogacy, and assisted reproduction. In 2015, Robin was recognized by Congress with an Angels in Adoption Award from the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and a member of the New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania Bars.
As a member of The LGBT Family Law Institute, a joint venture of the LGBT Bar and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, Robin collaborates with other experienced LGBT family formation practitioners to share collective wisdom and to discuss cutting-edge legal strategies for representing members of the LGBT community.
