I was fired for sleeping on my lunch break which I had every right to do so. I feel that my attorney didn't adequately represent me. It was a union lawyer and not a lawyer of MY choosing that represented me. A policy written after my termination was presented into evidence, one of the company's previ...ous employees who fired me admitted that lunch breaks were allowed and but was misleading about how long I worked with them which was only a week and had no prior knowledge of my work habits because we met twice, once when introduced to everyone and the day I was fired. I think that the arbitrator was unfair in her ruling. I believe the ruling was very unfair and has left me in a difficult spot.
