An Excellent Attorney

The first time I went to Mr. Schumann I had major credit problems. I didn't want to declare bankruptcy and Mr. Schumann negotiated with my creditors to reduce my balances to an amount that I could work with. He worked endlessly fighting on my behalf. He has always been available to answer questions... and takes the time to research answers if necessary. The second time I used Mr. Schumann's services I fractured my wrist when I fell on a broken sidewalk near where I live. I hired Mr. Schumann to help me sue New York City and he did successfully. Again he worked tirelessly until an amicable settlement was reached. Not easy when you have to deal with Corporation Counsel for NYC.

Roger was excellent to work with

Roger was great to work with. He was very reassuring throughout the process, and showed an excellent knowledge of the entire procedure, down to the details of the trustee with whom I met.
