Robert J. Axelrod

Mr. Axelrod proved himself to be an experienced, cool, knowledgeable litigator. Along with his team, he defeated the largest health insurance company in my state to prove my innocence. In a small state like Rhode Island, where everyone knows each other, that was no small feat. You really should ha...ve seen him argue the "Dobere" as it was lightly referred to in a courtroom presided upon by a judge with a family history of french Canadian speaking relatives. He did the near impossible and had the Chairman of the AMA CPT committee thrown off the stand when Mr. Axelrod proved he was "only the head of a bureaucratic committee and NO expert witness in my case."
