My ferret out of Smoking Gun proofs of bogus state...ments under Penalty of Perjury forced Traub to confess my evidences were true on January 25, 2005 written Respknse, February 9, 2005 Depositions and March 1, 2005 on the stand testimony with direction Q& A, on the stand, with the Court. Resultantly, Traub was sanctioned for $750,000 - by a Publicized OPINION on October 4, 2005; which Traub has concealed from NY State BAR & NY Supreme Court.
