An active member of the American Bar Association, Mark serves on the Pro Bono and Public Service Forum Committee. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, where he serves on the President’s Committee on Access to Justice. He is also a member of the Rockland County Bar Association.
Mark received his associate's degree from Rockland Community College, where he became the first and only student in school history chosen from more than 1,500 nominees to be a member of the All-USA Community College Academic Team. Mark received his bachelor's degree in Government from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C, graduating with honors. He received his master's degree from The George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management. He received his Juris Doctorate on full scholarship as a Distinguished Scholar recipient from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, he worked as a Law Clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, a Legal Intern for the New York State Office of the Attorney General, and a Legal Intern for The United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services.
Outside of his legal practice, Mark is deeply engaged in a range of civic and community-focused initiatives. His leadership and public service have earned him recognition and accolades from elected officials at the local, state, and federal levels of government.
