After some less than stellar experiences working with a different law firm, it was a breath of fresh air working with Joshua and the rest of the team at Wildes & Weinberg. My case wasn't the most difficult but it certainly had areas that may have given the authorities reason to dig deeper into the history had Joshua not applied due care and attention from the outset. When my dad initially retained Joshua’s firm, his case was assigned to a different lawyer. My dad’s case was then postponed to this year due to COVID, and Joshua took over my dad’s case. We hired Joshua's firm to manage the process of applying for a family based green card. Our case is more complicated than most, due to some criminal history which required us to seek a waiver of inadmissibility.
