In addition, I represent executors, fiduciaries, and trustees in administering estates with the Surrogate's Court, carrying out the terms of a lifetime trust, or communicating with the IRS on estate tax audits.

I also assist not-for-profit organizations in obtaining federal tax-exempt status, updating their Bylaws, creating supporting organizations, or assisting with membership issues. I am motivated to provide the Boards of not-for-profit organizations a road map to best carry out their charitable activities.

Estate Planning went beyond my expectations
I initially reached out to Jennifer for some tax assistance that dated back 5 years ago. My primary impression was that it was a small request, however, my income during that time came from multiple sources and multiple states; sorting and cataloging through all the information was highly complex. Jennifer was diligent to comb through all my information and submitted the necessary documents. In the end, I ended up receiving money, after one of the states indicated that I owed money. Jennifer is passionate about her work, provides all the attention needed for her clients, and looks beyond what’s in front of her. As Jennifer examined documents, she noticed some opportunities that I could be taking advantage of. Now that I’m starting a family, estate planning and tax planning are becoming high on my priority list. I will definitely be working with Jennifer again so that she can provide a secure foundation for my family. I trust her to do the right thing and recommend her for others.
