I believe that all individuals, irrespective of the size of their estate, can benefit from proper estate planning. Whether the focus is on tax savings, family business continuity, providing ongoing income and assets for your loved ones, or supporting your favorite charities by creating an endowment, I can guide you toward the estate planning tools that best meets your wishes and needs. In addition, I represent executors, fiduciaries, and trustees in administering estates with the Surrogate's Court, carrying out the terms of a lifetime trust, or communicating with the IRS on estate tax audits.

I also assist not-for-profit organizations in obtaining federal tax-exempt status, updating their Bylaws, creating supporting organizations, or assisting with membership issues. I am motivated to provide the Boards of not-for-profit organizations a road map to best carry out their charitable activities.
