i met with Attorney Mulligan but after i paid him his exhorbitant fee of $2000 for a consultation, he went back on everything he said. Iin fact found out that he was working for my opponent and had cheated him as well. He gave us both poor advice and tried, in fact, to extract more money from both ...of us.

I came in for a consultation regarding my finances. He presented himself as if he knew all the laws regarding bankruptcy, securities and jobs in the financial word. He mislead me, made inappropriate recommendations, told me I owed him $2000 for the consultation whereas on the phone, he saw it would b...e $250.00. He used the time to get me to invest in financial deals that he claimed he was forming. He would not give me any written information but kept on telling me I should trust him. I told him I had money in my savings account and he kept on trying to pursuade me to give it to him as he claimed to be the best financial advisor I would ever find. He did not even ask me why I came to see him and when I tried to explain that I needed some financial advise, all he said what that by giving him my money, he was giving me the best advise possible. I could not believe that he is an actual lawyer. When he became insistent that I turn over my money to him, I got up and left.
