I have extensive experience in financing and implementing business ventures, including acquisitions and sales of privately held businesses and have advised both purchasers and sellers in stock sales, asset sales, and merger transactions.
I also regularly advise clients regarding the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans and executive compensation plans, including qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans and deferred compensation plans.
