David Rozenholc

David's firm represented me in a landlord/tenant case back in 2000. Through some simple research with the New York City Department of Housing and Community Renewal, I had discovered that my landlord had possibly used illegal means to take my apartment unit out of Rent Stabilization. Shortly after I a...pproached my landlord with my findings, he filed an eviction against me. I had only days to find a lawyer and luckily found Rozenholc & Assoc on a referral. I had worked a little with a previous landlord/tenant lawyer but found them to be very inefficient and slow, and frankly more concerned with billing me than with helping me (that lawyer is now a judge named Ellen Gesmer). Though Rozenholc & Assoc was a lot more expensive, they were ***beyond*** efficient. Very no nonsense and got to the heart of the issue immediately. I always had complete trust that Rozenholc was trying to find the best possible outcome for me. I ended up with a cousel named Ken Rosen who did most of the work, who was good at what he did - though I would have much preferred David to handle everything - David is that good.
