I am an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. I concentrate on an assortment of intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright litigation, registration, protection and enforcement, involving actions in federal court and those before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I have experience in bringing various claims under the Lanham Act and Copyright Act, particularly those of infringement and counterfeiting.
I also have experience in multiple practice areas on the Internet, including domain name enforcement and statutory compliance for Internet agreements and licenses surrounding clients’ business needs.
