I'm not sure about the negative feedbacks I see here. But I had drawbacks just by reading these comments at first. But when I hired them, Steve Melnik's group did an amazing job for me. I knew that they going to handle my situation when I first spoke to Ed David. They did everything in a week as... promised. When people are constantly making changes or modifications, delays will happen and that is where the negative feedbacks are coming from. When I spoke to Ed on what I needed, he was explained everything I know in detail. He follow through the process from beginning to end and went the extra mile for me.
