Batya helped me with my first h-1b first visa , and then helped me again when my employment situation changed and I needed to transfer to a new employer. I knew I had a difficult case. We received an RFE on the transfer (but not on the first one) which sometimes happens (Batya actually said that th...ere was a high chance of it happening). Batya prepared me and my employer for this and was extremely careful when dealing with the response. My employer had never sponsored anyone before, so Batya had to explain everything to them. She is so knowledgeable, explains things very simply, takes her time to explain things, and never made me or my boss feel rushed or unimportant.
