I wanted to forget about my hip replacement fiasco, just close the chapter. So I asked Abe to NOT keep me posted, to only contact me when he needed information. He agreed -- long as I promised I'd never hesitate to call with questions. In the three years we worked together , he and his staff did n...ot unnecessarily pester me once. But they did respond immediately to even the most inane questions. And when the settlement finally came through, they did not -- I repeat, NOT - nickle and dime me with fees for copying and postage and such. Abe and his colleagues are brilliant and competent, and also honest and respectful -- unfortunately, not a combination I have often found in lawyers. Bravo!

My burn injury during a flight was not just a matter of compensation, the damage caused was far more damaging to me and my family. It is also my hope that the airline solves the issues that cause my accident. My aviation accident happened when traveling home to bury my little brother. After a few minutes from the take off I was served scalding coffee that seconds after landed on my lap and foot. I was denied pain medicine and suffered from a second degree burn.
