$ 275-275 per hour
I got my start in business immigration working for the Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. It this capacity I performed a number of typical HR functions, such as collective bargaining and counseling supervisors on employee issues. But the part of the position that I enjoyed the most, and devoted the most of myself to, was overseeing RFCUNY's immigration matters (processing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions). It was this immense enjoyment of the field that pushed me into private practice as an immigration attorney, practicing solely immigration law.
On a more personal note, I am an avid runner, running numerous NYRR races include two half marathons. I also enjoy cycling and often ride my bike to my office.

Reliable, professional and successful service
I am an LPR since 2008 and seeked legal help for a USCIS document (I-131, I-327 and associated documents) in 2009 and 2011, when temporarily working outside the USA for career development. I have since returned to the US again. Ms Donoghue was very responsive, professional and successful in meeting...

I am grateful
I am very grateful that I found Victoria to help me with my immigration matters. She's the best lawyer anyone could ever hope to have. After Victoria got me the religious worker visa(one that's rare and hard to get), I was unexpectedly fired by a mentally unstable and morally corrupt pastor(and I...

Excellent, professional, caring, highly recommended
I highly recommend Victoria for immigration advocacy. She did all the heavy lifting in getting my green card sorted via national interest waiver. I will definitely avail of the services again if and when I need them.

Best decision you'll make hiring her!!!
After having four different immigration lawyers, and having some pretty bad experiences with some of them, I was in a situation where I needed the best lawyer possible, and I began googling around, which brought me to this avvo site. I called the top five lawyers listed, and spoke to them about my si...
