In 2024, my spouse and I moved to the United States after I was accepted for a job. During the early stages of our immigration process, we spoke with many attorneys, and eventually our path crossed with Grape Law. Since we live in New York, we had the chance to visit their office several times and ex...change ideas face-to-face. We exchanged countless emails filled with questions, updates, and warm messages — and once again, our EB1A application was approved with no RFE. We submitted our O1A petition in May 2024 and filed for EB1A in November 2024. On April 1st, 2025, I received the green card approval, and it arrived at our home just a few days later.
