Kizzy Lyn Jarashow

Ms. Jarashow represents debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring and reorganization matters. Recent representative engagements include her work as counsel to bondholders in the Chapter 11 cases of Energy Future Holdings Corp. and Caesars, counsel to creditors and derivatives counterparties in the Chapter 11 cases of Lehman Brothers Holdings and counsel to consortiums of bondholders in the Chapter 11 cases of Tribune Company and Washington Mutual. Ms. Jarashow has also served as debtors’ counsel in the Chapter 11 cases of Colorep, Inc., Mervyn’s Holdings LLC, Powermate Holding Corp., Linens ‘N Things and Fluid Routing Solutions, and represented numerous companies in out-of-court restructurings and reorganizations.
