I worked with Jeff on two different companies over the last 5+ years. The more I worked with him, the more I liked him. Two years ago, one of the companies entered into a series of discussions to be acquired. This resulted in an acquisition by a public company. It was a very complex transaction with shareholder issues, tight timelines, tax and accouting complications, etc. Jeff's services were invaluable. I felt that his work was so extraordinary that we asked his law firm to allow us to give him a special personal bonus.

I am a CEO & COO of a mid size tech company in Manhattan. Jeff has been a lawyer that I have use since 2004, I have known him since 2001. Jeff helped me establish the documents through which we received capitalization from venture capital, as well as debt sources. He has also helped me with the sale of my former mid size company to a large strategic buyer. He has also helped me with capital planning and networking in our vertical market. Jeff is very intelligent but does know how to delegate and to leverage other resources in his firm. For example, we needed a new customer contract for a new market segment and he oversees a member of his team that has been handling the unit of work. He is Extremely trustworthy. I do not have any concern with bringing the most confidential and sticky issue to him for his input and counsel. He is very productive and gets things done quickly and reliably. I have used other lawyers that cost less an hour but I end up spending more money because they take longer and sometimes make a mess which is very expensive to clean up. With Jeff, I do not feel that I have to watch my back, he has it covered.

I have worked with Jeff Fromm for almost 20 years in a variety of commercial matters. These included complex business deals, in many cases involving international elements. Jeff proved to be very professional, methodical, detailed oriented, insighful, creative, value adding and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer's work. Jeff Fromm is an excellent corporate lawyer, extremely careful and diligent in advising clients and exceedingly affable and easy to work with. I have referred matters to him in the past, and I would not hesitate to recommend him highly to any client or prospective client.
