Honestly I didn't choose Mr. Antin he was chosen for me by another lawyer?Who was supposed to be my lawyer ORIGINALLY!The communication between me and Mr. Antin was close to non-existent.He would CONSTANTLY send me court date hearing emails?WITHOUT conversing with ME THE CLIENT...FIRST! Like how y...ou do that when he didn't know what's going on in my life and?Then call himself trying to help me... REALLY?He was great with the City of New York,yet had?Not so great bedside manners regarding me.When I attempted to verbally explain that to him?He said I was being difficult.Threatened to close my case several times.Because I had an appointment EVERYTIME?When he's the one who DIDN'T contact me PRIOR?To arrange said court hearings.I mean for someone that I had to pay 1/3?Of my winnings to?NOT 15%! Not 1/2...ONE THIRD I don't believe BASIC RECIPROCAL...PROFESSIONAL!Commmunication is too much to ask for.He in our second meeting was on the phone talking?When he should've been meeting us on-time?For the time scheduled HE CHOSE which was 3pm.For his appointment with my mother and I.We were met with his partner instead of him at first.After we were brought into his office when he clearly?Wasn't ready for us,STILL talking on the phone!Then his partner had asked us redundant questions and?It was REALLY upsetting and off-putting.Mr Antin also said if I didn't do the January 29th 2025? Court date he AGAIN wouldn't settle my case!When we NEVER talked about a trust?To keep my disability monies intact the WHOLE TIME?We had been working together,he also never told my mother or?Me that my settlement money would be in a trust company system?All the way in Pennsylvania!No part of my fall,OR being in the hospital, OR suing the City of New York!Was in Pennsylvania,SOOOOO why is the remaining of my settlement money...THERE?Now I'm going through a situation with the trust people?Because I want to close my account due to?Them not being a good fit for me.If I had I been able to talk to Brett Newman and or Christian? Of Legacy Enhancement Trust,that wouldn't be a thing.Following my settlement,the City put a lien on my money soon after?My case was finally settled,leading for Jeffrey and?Sam Wilkenfeld to adjourn my case.Which neither one of them also never told me?As soon as it happened,from it being assumed I somehow?Owed Medicaid money,that was resolved and now the trust people have me going through?The same exact thing.Which I was never talked to about?When I first started working with them.See Mr. Antin claimed to care about me not loosing my disability monies? Yet neglected to inform me where my settlement money was going.As the client who had to pay HIM!That AGAIN wasn't TOO MUCH to ask for!When I had a $25K "suggested" settlement amount?In January as well,I asked 40 TIMES for my settlement forms!He kept refusing and no I'm not exaggerating.$75K was the rebuttal to the City's $50K.That situation was also ALOT!Mr. Antin helped get the city off our backs...AGAIN?Regarding the lien,YET AND STILL took me to the Supreme Court?Trying to get rid of me,I REALLY was mindblown on that one! Thankfully the judge didn't allow that because he and I had? Been working together so long,THAT affected me in a MENTAL!EMOTIONAL PYSCOLOGICAL,PHYSICAL way too!You don't have just assisted me?Pertaining to the CITY OF NEW YORK SO MANY TIMES?Then try to throw me away when I should've been the one?Doing that to him?Especially when he told me one time that because he found out that?"The building was owned by the City as well!"As the stump,so he wasn't sure if he could continue to fight them?To help me win my case when in our FIRST MEETING?He is the one who said about me having a case because?"The stump shouldn't have been there in the first place." Did I try to get rid of him...NO I kept working with him!Even though he was demonstrating the opposite?Of showing the care and compassion as well?As being understanding of me?The client and WHAT I NEEDED!
