Jason did a phenomenal job to get me a just settlement for my case. I was hit by a brick while walking under a construction site (there was a gap in the scaffolding) and the first lawyer I spoke with wouldn't take on my case because he felt my damages weren't enough for a lucrative suit. With a high deductible on my health insurance, and bills from the hospital visit, I was stressed and in need of a lawyer who would help me. It took 3 somewhat long years to get my case settled, but Jason was able to see the matter through to the finish line. Going up against a large reputable firm in my PI matter seemed like an uphill battle initially.
