I was selected as a "Rising Star" for 2014 and 2015 by Super up to 5 percent of the lawyers in New York are named to Super Lawyers, only 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars.

My practice represents people who have been injured due to the negligence or wrongdoing of another person, business, government agency, doctor, hospital, nursing home, or other organization. I personally investigate each case and stay in personal contact with my clients. No attorney fee is collected on any injury case until I obtain a verdict or settlement.
I was also proud to help as a Mediator/Arbitrator with the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.

Irresponsible and very careless in his work with documents

Replied last March 06, 2026Untrue. My firm did a lot of extra work on this matter, and went above and beyond was was required in this situation. Mr. Vladimir is misrepresenting what actually took place. There was a delay after sending the Estate documents to the insurance company, and the insurance company issuing the check, which was a couple of months, and that delay was completely out of my hands. Mr. Vladimir was informed along the way, but still chooses to misrepresent the facts on this forum. Saying that I am irresponsible or careless with documents could not be further from the truth.
