Extremely bright, fair-minded, legal dynamo
Has guided our licensing agreements for 2 years. Her contract is so strong it's now being used by licensees who at first told us that they would not agree to use it. Now we understand that they not only use it for our agreement with them, but also for their own agreements with other licensors!
