We had the pleasure of working with Rob throughout a very difficult condo sale over this past summer. He was incredible, wading through some really muddy waters including multiple offers, two attorney reviews and a litany of minor issues that could have potentially delayed that sale. No matter what... time or day, Rob was always there to provide guidance and more importantly fought for our best interests. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Rob in our corner.

Robert was our real estate attorney for the purchase of our first home. Being that this was our first home, we admittedly had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Robert made us feel so secure and confident every step of the way. With each step and each correspondence he broke everything down for u...s and made sure that we understood and felt comfortable with every decision and every signature. He was so patient and really cared that we felt comfortable and confident in every phase of the process. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Robert, and we couldn’t have imagined getting through this process with anyone else in our corner. I could not recommend Robert highly enough, especially if you are looking for someone who will listen to and address all of your concerns, and basically hold your hand through your experience.

Being a 1st time homebuyer and both younger than 40 from NY, he guaranteed my husband and I would have a smooth process.- And it was! He truly is a lawyer you can depend on whenever. Professionalism is to par. He makes you feel comfortable and is very patient. He breaks down line for line law jargo...n and explains to you what terms specifically mean if you are not clear about it. While buying a home in NJ we were not aware that word of mouth is considered "contract terms". Hubby and I were completely oblivious to this. Robert comes and flips the script covering us from any losses and or damages we my had agreed upon.. Including protection from any money loss! The power of law!! Bottom line he revised the entire contract in our favor. The seller and his attorney knew Robert was a no nonsense guy. We ended up getting everything we wanted and more. Robert fights for you, He will exceed your expectations just as he exceeded our own. I am truly glad he was on our side. If I could rate 10 stars I would give him 10..plus tax. Robert provided an excellent service, we would like to thank Robert for handling the purchase of our first home. Robert responded to every email and telephone call that we had questions and concerns, always got back to us the same day. Robert literally worked around the clock with us to get the nec...essary paperwork to close the sale. (The Bank were unbelievable). Robert made the closing possible.
