Consummate Professional

We had the pleasure of working with Rob throughout a very difficult condo sale over this past summer. He was incredible, wading through some really muddy waters including multiple offers, two attorney reviews and a litany of minor issues that could have potentially delayed that sale. No matter what... time or day, Rob was always there to provide guidance and more importantly fought for our best interests. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Rob in our corner.

Couldn't imagine a better experience

Robert was our real estate attorney for the purchase of our first home. Being that this was our first home, we admittedly had absolutely no idea what we were doing. Robert made us feel so secure and confident every step of the way. With each step and each correspondence he broke everything down for u...s and made sure that we understood and felt comfortable with every decision and every signature. He was so patient and really cared that we felt comfortable and confident in every phase of the process. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Robert, and we couldn’t have imagined getting through this process with anyone else in our corner. I could not recommend Robert highly enough, especially if you are looking for someone who will listen to and address all of your concerns, and basically hold your hand through your experience.

Thorough and Responsive

My family decided to move from the city to the suburbs. We have purchased twice in NYC and did not realize how different the process was in NJ. Rob guided us from start to finish and kept us looped in along the way. He did a fantastic job and we are so grateful for his help.

Best ever

Robert was one of the most patient lawyers I've ever met . We had some difficulties getting a home.. but he stuck by us threw the good and the bad. He was very honest telling us what was going to happen before it happens. So no surprises. In a nut shell he was very down to earth and knows his laws.... So me and my husband highly recommend him. He kept me apprised throughout the negotiations with the seller, and he explained legal terms and clauses that I was not familiar with in my practice. He made sure my wife and I understood every provision and most importantly he protected our interests and minimized our risk throughout the entire closing process. The Sellers tried to get us to waive inspection and appraisal, and they tried to have us agree that the condition of the HVAC unit, water heater, or any other major components of the house would not be grounds for terminating the contract. Rob would not let us agree to these provisions and he ensured that we had the right to inspect the house and to cancel if it was not up to our standards.
