He and his client ignored all the DHPD, HP, USA CONSUMER SAFETY REPORTS, CON EDISON, BUILDING INSPECTORS VIOLATIONS FOR CARBON MONOXIDE and TOXIC GASES. He in RICO CORRUPTION with Quest Diagnostics et all falsified for years my blood tests for Carbon Monoxide. Also at Emergency Room at Bellevue Hospital my blood tests instead to be sent to the laboratory for THE CO and toxic gases TESTS the corrupted doctors hid it under my bed and falsified the medical reports. My last poisoning with High Level of Carbon Monoxide was on June 4, 2026 just 6 days before his client GLENCORD BUILDING CORP MUST TO GIVE DEPOSITION after 17 years of tergiversation and ignoring all court’s orders în my case for personal injury with CO and 12 days before my Motion în L&T court for TRIAL DE NOVO.
