Rafael Lamberti

Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Rafael Lamberti began his life in the United States as an immigrant like many of his clients today.  While completing his Bachelor’s Degree at Boston University, Rafael Lamberti worked on a variety of immigration matters for the late U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy, one of the most influential voices in current U.S. immigration law and policy.  Rafael Lamberti later attended Seton Hall University School of Law, during which time he continued to work exclusively in the field of immigration law, and where he received the Center for Social Justice Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic.  Following law school, Rafael Lamberti worked at immigration firms of various sizes including the largest immigration firm in the world.  From wealthy entrepreneurs to asylum seekers, Rafael Lamberti understands his clients’ goals and their need for expert legal representation.
