Noah Kushlefsky has earned a reputation as a tireless, results-driven litigator and the results that he has achieved for his clients through verdicts and settlements bear that out. He has been successful in diverse cases: a general aviation airplane accident victim ($3.85 million), a commercial aviation accident victim ($11 million and $7 million), a product liability case against Volvo ($8.75 million verdict), a school bus accident case ($7.75 million), a commercial bus accident case ($15.7 million), a hunting injury case ($3.3 million) and a defective industrial machine case ($1.6 million).
Subsequent to the terrorist attacks of September 11. 2001, he established himself as one of the nation's leading experts on the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. He has been credited with assisting in the creation of the methodology used by the VCF in rescue worker death cases and has lectured extensively on the VCF. He has recovered more than $1 billion for victims of the terror attacks and those killed or injured during the rescue and recovery at Ground Zero.
