Michael Christopher Danna

MICHAEL C. DANNA is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP and a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group, representing employees in wage and hour and discrimination litigation.  Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Mr. Danna clerked for the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He received his B.A. from Brown University and his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was a Root-Tilden-Kern Public Interest Scholar. During law school, Mr. Danna worked on employment and labor law matters at Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP, the National Domestic Workers Alliance, the Service Employees International Union’s Office of General Counsel, and the New York Legal Assistance Group. He also worked on civil rights matters, including access to healthcare, as an intern with the American Civil Liberties Union’s National Prison Project and Reproductive Freedom Project. Before attending law school, Mr. Danna worked as a litigation paralegal at Planned Parenthood Federation of America.
