Lance A Schildkraut

LANCE SCHILDKRAUT is of counsel to DiConza Traurig Kadish LLP and represents clients in bankruptcy and real estate matters.

Lance is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

Lance graduated with a B.A. cum laude from Binghamton University in 1994 and received a J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1997. Lance was an intern to the Honorable Francis G. Conrad, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York. After graduating law school, Lance worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeremiah E. Berk, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to becoming of counsel to DiConza Traurig Kadish LLP, Lance was associated with the boutique bankruptcy firm of Scarcella Rosen & Slome LLP and worked in the corporate reorganization and bankruptcy practice at Sidley Austin LLP.
